Payment methods available are: Direct Bank Deposit, Pay pal, Cheque, Money Order, COD.
No orders will be posted until full payment has been received.
No order will be started until 50% of your order has been paid.
Shopping Cart for custom orders are paypal only
Refunds
Utopian blossoms do NOT refund, so please choose carefully. If you cancel your order after a deposit has been paid, you will loose your deposit. No refund will be given once your order has been started.
Deposits
There are three payment options available:
- Full payment on ordering
- Two part payment. 1st payment being on ordering, 2nd payment at least 1week prior to posting.

Layby's
Layby's are welcome. A non-refundable 30% deposit must be paid when ordering. This will secure your booking. Your order will not be started until 50% of your order has been paid. Layby's must not exceed more than 8 weeks. This may be extended if regular payments have been made.
Delivery
Delivery can take anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks after your order has been placed. Time frames vary due to existing orders and if flowers for your order are in stock. You will be given a more accurate time when your order has been placed.
Personal collection is accepted.
Postage
Postage & Handling charges are not included in the item prices. These will be given after you have ordered, or feel free to enquire about costs before you place an order. Postage costs depend on your postcode area and how large your package is.
Postage is between $10.00 - $30.00 for regular postage
$15 - $150.00 for express post
